The Grievance went to Arbitration and the union was not successful in winning this arbitration. The result means that should there be a third day between Christmas and New Years in which most departments are closed, the union members are required to account for this day. Please contact your manager to make the appropriate arrangements. [Sep 9, 2009 09:31 AM]
