CUPE 1975 members massively reject employers' final offer
The ballots are counted and the results are in. Striking CUPE 1975 members in Saskatoon and Regina voted 85% to reject the employers' final offer.
The CUPE 1975 negotiating committee says the vote sends a strong message to the employers at both universities to get back to the bargaining table and negotiate a fair agreement. Contract negotiations are scheduled to resume on Friday, November 30, in Regina.
The CUPE 1975 executive thanks members for their solidarity and support.
