- Vacation: The rate of accumulation for vacation time is listed in Article 17 of the CUPE 1975 Collective Agreement.

- Flexible Spending: Learn how you can allocate your funds each year towards either a health spending account or a personal spending account.
- Life Insurance: The University provides you with Employee Basic Life Insurance coverage. You also have the option of applying for additional Optional Life Insurance and Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage for yourself and/or your spouse.
- Pension: As of September 1, 2019, CUPE 1975 employees began contributing to the CAAT DBPlus Pension Plan. Members who were employed before that date have also contributed to the (now closed) Non Academic Pension Plan
